Erlang实现多人聊天室模型

##Erlang程序设计课后习题,模拟聊天室代码.

useage:用终端打开多个节点其中一个用于启动聊天服务器,在erl环境中调用chat_room:start()启动,之后其他节点运行telnet localhost 8000登录聊天室服务器,在其中一个节点发送消息,其他节点能收到.
